Delivery Services
We use the following courier services to deliver your orders: JNE (https://www.jne.co.id) and J&T Express Indonesia (https://jet.co.id). We ship anywhere across Indonesia as long as your location is reachable by our delivery partners.
Order Processing Schedule
We will ship your order once we have received full payment confirmation. After your payment is confirmed, we perform quality control on your items, carefully pack your order, and hand it over to our courier service for delivery.
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders with payments confirmed on Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Payment confirmed before 3:00 PM Western Indonesian Time (WIB) will be processed that day. Orders with payment confirmed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible Returns and Exchanges
If the size you ordered doesn't fit properly, you want to exchange for a different product, or you received the wrong item, you may request an exchange. All items, including sale items, are eligible for return and exchange.
We carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure you receive high-quality clothing. We take pride in our quality control process and thoroughly check every item. Due to our rigorous quality inspection standards, we are confident in the condition of all shipped items and do not accept exchange requests based on quality concerns.
Exchange Conditions
We can only process your exchange if your desired size or product is currently in stock. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after you receive your items. For product exchanges, the replacement item must be of equal or higher value than your original purchase, with any price difference to be paid by you. You are responsible for the return shipping fee to send the original item back to us, as well as the shipping fee for your replacement item. All returned items must remain unwashed and include their original tags.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our WhatsApp at +62812-8248-3622. Our team will check if your requested size or product is available. If in stock, you can send your item back to our address, which we will provide during our conversation. You have 7 days from receiving our confirmation to send the return. Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping fees and any additional product costs if applicable. We will then ship your replacement item, and you can track it through your chosen courier service.
